• Please check your inbox and spam folder for your e-ticket. Seat information is listed on the e-ticket, and you must present it upon entry.
• These tickets sell out quickly. Reservations may not be confirmed at the time of purchase, so we recommend that you reserve well in advance.
• Children under 4 years old are not allowed to view the show. It is recommended for those 12 years old and older.
• If you wish to sit with a companion, please make a reservation together. As this show sells out quickly, we cannot guarantee consecutive seats depending on reservation status.
• During peak season, some reservations may not be confirmed within 48 hours. We will notify you as soon as possible.
• Confirmation of reservation name (passport name) is required prior to entry. Please enter the correct passport name when filling out the information.
