• This tour is a join tour product conducted in small groups.
• The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached (5 people).

• This tour is available to those aged 8 and over.
• Even if you are a child under 14 years of age, you must purchase the adult fare if you are over 155 cm tall.
• Additional charges for pick-up and drop-off transportation outside Duong Dong, Bai Truong and An Thoi areas:
  - Ong Lang area (250,000 VND / group)
  - Cua Can area (350,000 VND / group)
  - Vung Bau/Vinpearl area (450,000 VND / group)
  - Ganh Dau area (500,000 VND / group)
• The snorkeling points you visit may change depending on local weather conditions.
• For marine conservation and environmental protection, small-scale fishing using traditional gear is not permitted on all itineraries except deep sea fishing.
• Due to the nature of the program, participation may be difficult for those with impaired mobility or who use a wheelchair.
• We do not recommend participation for individuals with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, severe asthma, pregnant women, or people over 65 years of age.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• Full refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to the designated date.
• Full refund is not possible if cancelled on the same day.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
