• This product is only available to users aged 16 to 55 years old.
• Additional charges will apply if you use the pick-up and drop-off service from hotels outside of Duong Dong city.
  - Bai Dai, Ganh Dau area: VND 400,000 per person (Vinpearl, VinHolidays, Radisson Blu, etc.)
  - Cua Can, Vung Bau area: VND 200,000 per person (Movenpick, Fusion, Nam Nghi, Green Bay, etc.)
  - Ong Lang, Cay Sao, Ham Ninh areas: VND 100,000 per person (The Shell, Ocean Bay, Camia, Chen Sea, Mango Bay, etc.), (Rocks Beach Boutique, Voyage Phu Quoc Beach, Dugong Cottage, etc.)
• When selecting the Southern Point, diving will take place in the areas of Gam Ghi Island, May Rut Ngoai Island, and Kim Qui Island.
• When selecting the northern point, diving will take place in the areas of Doi Moi Island and Mong Tay Island (Nail Island).
• Dive points and tour schedules may change depending on local conditions such as weather.
• If you choose the experience diving course, you will dive at a depth of 4-6 m, and if you choose the fun diving course, you will dive at a depth of 10-15 m.
• We recommend waiting 12-18 hours after diving before boarding a plane.
• You must proactively provide relevant information, such as your name, ID number, and date of birth, to apply for travel insurance.
• Any unused services in the tour program are non-refundable.
• Tours may be cancelled in the event of natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, or war.
• Medical supplies are not provided as standard, so please bring your own if you need them.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• Full refund is possible if cancellation is made before 6 PM the day before the date of use.
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made after 6 PM the day before the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
