There are two types of bikes to choose from: regular bikes and electric bikes. Electric bikes allow you to move without using as much power as regular bikes, while regular bikes are cheaper. Rental periods range from a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 1 day, making them the perfect option for independent travelers.

- Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- If you weigh over 136kg, you cannot rent.
- Additional fees of US$12.50 per hour for standard bikes and US$15 per hour for electric bikes apply after the time limit.
- If you require additional accessories such as bike bags, keys, locks, helmets, maps, etc., please contact our on-site staff.
- During the rental period, the company provides emergency roadside assistance in case of any problems with the bike.
- In case of no-show or late arrival due to personal reasons (incomplete travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), no refund or compensation will be provided.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
