• Please maintain a distance of 1 meter when queuing for registration or boarding the boat.
• People with circulatory/respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, etc. are not permitted to use the tour.
• If you drink too much the day before the tour or drink alcohol on the day of the tour, you cannot participate in the tour.
• Please enter all participants' mobile phone number (Japanese number), age, height, weight, foot size, eyesight, and hotel name.
• Please wear a swimsuit, bath towel, sunscreen, and shoes before use.
• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour.
• If the waves are calm, snorkeling is possible even in rainy weather.
• Depending on sea conditions, the tour may be canceled due to bad weather. In this case, you can choose another date to join the tour or receive a full refund.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• The exact meeting point and pickup time will be notified upon confirmation of reservation.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• The entrance to the Blue Cave is narrow, so you may not be able to enter even if the waves are slightly high. Tour availability may be determined on the day of use.
• For safety reasons, you cannot board a plane on the day of your diving experience.
• It is prohibited to put smartphones other than personal cameras in waterproof packs (because even if you use a waterproof pack, you will not be able to respond if the smartphone eventually breaks down due to waterlogging).
• Pregnant women cannot participate for safety reasons. Please note that if you are identified on the day of the tour, participation and tour costs will not be refunded.

Age information available:

• Snorkeling: Available to ages 5 - 59 and heights of 110cm and above
• Experience Diving: Available for ages 10 - 59
• Children under 12 years of age cannot participate alone.
• If a minor participates in the tour without the participation of a guardian, a consent form signed by the parent is required.

If the reservation is canceled due to customer circumstances: cancellation fee below will be deducted.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
