I'd like a refund after making a payment.
- Please check the cancellation and refund policy of the purchased product first. Most of the date-specified tickets with the buyer's name are not refundable.
However, for open tickets or tours, refunds are available, so it's a good idea to check the refund policy for your pre-purchased products.
