The Thunderbird Limited Express is a limited express train that connects Osaka Station to Kanazawa Station, and some of its trains extend to Wakura Onsen. Basically, one vehicle is deployed per hour, and it departs every hour at 42 minutes from Osaka Station and takes about 30 minutes to Kyoto.

What to Remember
- This product is an automatic reservation product. It can be reserved and used on the same day.
- The voucher is valid for 90 days from the JTR purchase date (the purchase date, not the designated date of use).
- Once the voucher has been exchanged for a physical ticket, it is only valid for the date specified when exchanging the ticket.
- When making a reservation, please be sure to enter the guest's name as it appears on his/her passport.
- Please make your reservation according to the direction of travel, such as 'Kyoto City → Fukui'. You cannot use a 'Kyoto City → Fukui' ticket in the 'Fukui → Kyoto City' direction.
- Cancellation is possible after paying a fee only for unused vouchers within the validity period.
- After exchanging the voucher for a real ticket, the travel agency cannot provide a refund. A refund fee of 440 yen for non-reserved seats and 560 yen for reserved seats will be charged up to 2 days before the date of use. A refund fee of 220 yen + 30% of the ticket price will be charged up to 1 day before Sunday and up to the train time. (Refunds are also available at Kansai Airport Station.)
- Only holders of passports issued by governments other than Japan may use this service. However, permanent residents and long-term residents (student visas, work visas, etc.) are not permitted to use this service.
- Please make sure to bring your passport when purchasing a ticket. A copy of your passport is not acceptable.
- In order to exchange a voucher for a reserved seat ticket, a total of 2 exchange processes are required. (1. If you first issue a voucher through a ticket machine, you can receive a 'Thunderbird Japan Sightseeing Ticket (Free Seat)'. / 2. If you exchange the received free seat ticket once again at a ticket machine or Madoguchi, you can receive a reserved seat ticket. You must have both types of tickets generated through this process. However, since the ticket to Toyama requires a train transfer, a total of 3 tickets will be issued.)

- If the train for your desired time slot is full, please use a non-reserved seat ticket or take the next train.
- Passengers going to Toyama must transfer to the Hokuriku Shinkansen at Tsuru Station. When transferring, only the "Toyama type (Tsurugi)" of the Fukuriku Shinkansen can be boarded.
- You can only get on and off within the section you purchased, and you cannot get off at other stations within the section.
- If your ticket is lost (including stolen), it will not be reissued.

Cancellation and Refund
