Opened in 1794, Menagerie is one of the oldest zoos in the world. Red pandas, Przewalski's horses, Amur and clouded leopards, primates, birds, reptiles and amphibians are all native to Menagry, in central Paris. It's home to many endangered species and some of our friends you've never even heard of. Learn about breeding programs for endangered species and tour the stunning 19th-century Menagerie building.
