• Because seats are limited, if you have extra large luggage such as a stroller or carrier, an additional fee of $5 (one way) will be charged on site.
• It is approximately a 40-minute drive from the Waikiki area to Waikele, but the travel time may be longer depending on traffic conditions on the day of the tour.
• Pickup is not possible at the Kahala Hotel or hotels far away from Waikiki, and if you wish to use it, you must travel to the Waikiki area.
• All shuttles leave on time, so please be punctual.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

Cancellation (Change) and Refund Policy
Request made 7 days before the tour: 100% refund
If requested 4 days before the tour: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee charged)
Request made 3 days before the tour ~ No-show on the day: No refund
In case of cancellation request, please understand that cancellation (change) is not processed outside of business hours and on weekends and public holidays.
If the tour is canceled due to weather or local circumstances at the company's discretion, you may change the schedule or receive a refund of the tour fee (part or full).
