Why we recommend pick-up service
This product is a joint pick-up service that can take you from the Hawaii airport to the hotel at the most reasonable price. It is the safest, fastest, and cleanest shuttle that will make you feel good at the beginning and end of your trip. The vehicle is a 15-seater VAN Ford Transit and a 7-8-seater SUV. The larger the vehicle, the safer it is.

- Each person can bring up to 1 carrier, and additional carriers can be used by paying an additional fee on site.
- The basic option is a direct flight from Incheon to Hawaii and is based on accommodations in the Waikiki area.
- Since the shuttle time is set for direct flights to Incheon, those traveling on other airlines will be charged a separate fee of $10.
- There is a $10 one-way fee for entering Hawaii from neighbor islands or mainland flights.
- Flights departing or arriving after 9 p.m. will incur a $10 late-night surcharge.
- If you wish to add a private ride after booking a shuttle, an additional $50 will be charged for a 7-passenger van or $80 for a 15-passenger van. (Advance reservation only)
- Due to the distance from the Kahala area accommodations, a $15 fee will be charged.
- Please pay the additional fee on site.
- Please purchase additional options for accommodations in the western area including Ko Olina. (Reservations for 2 or more people are possible)

How to use:
1. Airport -> Hotel Shuttle Service (One Way)
When moving from the airport to the hotel, fill in the departure airport, Korean departure date & time, flight number, local arrival date & time (Hawaii airport), and the accommodation to be dropped off, then purchase the option according to the number of people.
(ex. Incheon Airport, departing at 23:00 on October 8, KE685, arriving at 13:00 on October 8, Waikiki Hotel X 2 people)
2. Hotel -> Airport Shuttle Service (One Way)
When moving from hotel to airport , fill in the return date, return flight number, and pick-up accommodation, then purchase the option according to the number of people.
(ex. October 8, KE685, Waikiki Hotel X 2 people)
* If you would like to use the round-trip pickup service, please indicate this after purchasing both options.
* An additional $10 fee applies to all airline pickups except direct flights to Incheon. (This is because it is conducted independently. Please inform your guide on the day.)

What to Remember
- The basic pickup option is a direct flight from Incheon to Hawaii and is based on accommodations in the Waikiki area. If you want pickup or drop-off in Ko Olina and the western Hawaii area, you must purchase an additional option.
- Reservations for one person are based on a round trip. (2 tickets required)
- All airline pick-ups except direct flights to Incheon incur an additional charge of $10. (Because it is conducted independently. Please inform your guide on the day.) It takes about 30 minutes to move from the airport to a hotel in the Waikiki area.
- The standard waiting time is 1 hour after the plane lands. The standard departure time is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Those who are stopped for immigration inspection will not be able to leave the airport for at least 1 to 4 hours, so the shuttle cannot wait for them. In this case, no refunds will be issued.
- The price varies depending on the number of purchasers.
- Pick-up time may be adjusted depending on local conditions on the day of the tour (e.g. traffic congestion/bad weather).
- After your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the exact pickup location and contact information via KakaoTalk.
- The vehicles will be a 15-seater VAN Ford Transit and a 7-seater VAN Carnival, depending on the number of people.
- You can bring your own car seat and carrier (1 per person). Please indicate the number of luggage when making a reservation. Additional fees will apply for adding a carrier or golf bag. (Pay on site)

- It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
- There is an additional charge of $10 for pickup on all airlines except Incheon Direct Flight 4. (This is a separate charge, so please pass this on to the guide on the day.)
Cancellation and Refund
If you notify us 3 days (7~3) before the start of your trip: 30% of the travel fee will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us 1 day (2~1) before the start of your trip: 50% of the travel fee will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us within 24 hours of the start of your trip: No refund of the travel fee
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
