- Honey ginger tea is served at the end of every spa program.
- Please consider the massage time you selected before visiting.
- Please make reservations on the hour every hour.
- If it is not on time due to unavoidable personal circumstances, please make a request and we will confirm separately.
- This condition does not include pick-up & sending service. If you would like pick-up & drop-off service, please add additional information to your request.
- The spa room is available for single and double use. It cannot be used by three people and is divided into double and single rooms.
- To ensure a smooth process, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your reservation time.
- If you arrive late at your reservation time and are unable to use it, no refund will be given.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
Cancellation and Refund
50% refund available if canceled 3 days in advance
If canceled 2 days in advance - 100% cancellation fee applied
If you cancel after confirming your reservation - a cancellation fee of 10,000 won per person will be applied.
When changing a reservation after confirming the reservation - a change fee of KRW 5,000 per person will be applied.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
