• This tour is a join tour that can be reserved for 2 people or more.
• Adult rates apply to ages 11 and older, and child rates apply to ages 3 - 10.
• Children must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Pregnant women, people with heart disease, spinal disease, and customers with eardrum problems cannot use the service.
• Traveling by speedboat is not recommended for guests suffering from severe seasickness.
• For exact meeting time, please check the meeting time written on your voucher.
• Pick-up service may be delayed depending on local traffic conditions. Departure meeting time may change depending on your hotel location.
• If you enter an incorrect address or hotel name, the hotel pick-up service may be automatically canceled.
• Prices vary depending on the number of people. Please be sure to select the option for the correct number of people.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.  
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

• For this tour, Nusa Lembongan Island is the base camp, and Nusa Penida Island only experiences snorkeling points and does not visit the island.
• When requesting pickup from Jimbaran, Canggu, Uluwatu, Ungasan, and Ubud areas, you will be asked to select an additional option. However, although it is based on a 6-seat vehicle, a minimum of 4 people can ride.

When canceled 15 days or more before the tour start date: 100% refund of the total amount booked
If canceled 14 to 9 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 8 to 5 days prior to the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If canceled 0 to 4 days prior to the tour start date or on the same day: Full refund is not possible.
