• Please inquire in advance when using outlying areas (padma ubud, kayon jungle, etc.). (Additional fees apply depending on vehicle type and distance, such as number of passengers and destination.)
• 1 to 4 people will be allocated a 7-seater small vehicle. For 4 people, please purchase 2 or more checked baggage items, or for 5 or more people, please purchase the Innova vehicle upgrade option.
• If there are many other people, upgrading the Hiace vehicle is necessary. In this case, please contact us and we will give you a quote.
• If you need a baby car seat, please purchase it as an additional option.
• The requested time will be reserved and the driver will wait at the meeting point 30 to 10 minutes in advance.
• If you are later than the reservation time, the driver may wait. However, please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, you may be treated as a no-show.
• We are not responsible for theft or loss that occurs during the trip, so please take care of your valuables during the tour. We also recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
• All vehicles have been disinfected before travel.
• All guides accompanying us have been fully vaccinated.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• If there is an emergency related to the tour locally, you must contact us through the emergency contact information at the bottom of the confirmed voucher sent to you.

If cancellation is requested up to 7 days prior to the travel date: refund after deduction of reservation fee of KRW 5,000 (per person)
If cancellation is requested 6 to 4 days prior to the travel date: 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
3 days before travel date - same day or NoShow: No cancellation/change/refund possible

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
