BESTSince the kids didn't want to walk around, we took a tour with a single-use ticket. It was nice to sit on the second floor and feel the cool breeze while looking around all the major tourist attractions in Hanoi. I think we enjoyed ourselves leisurely for about an hour looking at the scenery!

- The minimum number of participants for this tour is 1. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified of the cancellation via email 2 days prior to departure.
- If your visit to some attractions is canceled due to delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure, you can contact the customer center for a partial refund.
- In case of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, the possibility of the tour departure will be determined 3 days prior to departure (at 10:00 local time) and you will be notified via email.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
- Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.

Cancellation and Refund
• Full refund is not possible if cancelled on the same day as the designated date.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
