Hanoi: Airport Transfer

Meeting Point:
Pick-up and drop-off will be provided from the airport or hotel.

Meeting time:
After confirming the reservation, we will coordinate the meeting time.

* Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.
* A driver with the name of [The Dream Tour] will pick you up at the arrival hall meeting point or the agreed pick-up location.

• Additional charges (local payment, etc.) may apply on Vietnamese national/public holidays due to increased labor and vehicle costs.
• Rates are per vehicle.
• An additional fee of 100,000 VND/vehicle will be charged for late night service (11:00 PM to 6:59 AM), and must be paid directly to the driver.
• An additional fee of VND 200,000 will be charged when passing through a restaurant or mart (up to 1 hour, 1 transit).
• Additional charge for HA DONG/THANH TRI pick-up/drop-off (one way): VND 60,000/car.
• When purchasing a SIM card, you can pay $5 (6 GB/day data) on site.
• If you have difficulty communicating with the local driver, please use the interpretation app (Papago).
• You can choose between airport pick-up and hotel pick-up service with one-way pick-up and drop-off service.
• When making a reservation, please make sure to select "Departure Airport and Flight Departure Date"
• If you are requesting Airport → Hotel, please write the departure date, departure flight number, departure time, and drop-off hotel. If you are reserving Hotel → Airport, please write the return date, return flight number, return time, and pick-up hotel.
• If you are purchasing a round trip, please be sure to enter the round trip schedule.
• Please check the pickup time on your voucher.
• If you use the airport pick-up service, you must select your departure date from Korea when making your reservation.
• Please enter the correct flight number. If you enter the flight number incorrectly and are unable to use the pick-up service, we will be unable to assist you.
• It is difficult to compensate for safety accidents caused by personal negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad. Sign up
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.

[Vehicle Standard]

• Passenger car: 1 - 3 passengers (maximum 3 pieces of luggage)
• 7-seater passenger vehicle: 3 - 4 passengers (up to 5 pieces of luggage)
• 16-seater passenger vehicle: 4 - 10 passengers (up to 10 pieces of luggage)
• Child seats are not provided.
• Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of people. (※Basic luggage size: 45 x 66 cm)

Up to 24 hours before the date of use: 50% refund possible
Cancellation and refund are not possible after this.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
