Hanoi Airport Entry/Exit VIP Fast Track

• Please check your mobile voucher in your email or Wag app.
• You can enter after presenting your voucher at the entrance.
• The voucher is valid only on the specified date.

Meeting Point:
1. Fast track entry
Meet with the staff holding a sign with your English name in front of the immigration office.

2. Fast track departure
Meet with the staff between counters E and F at the airport.

Our staff will be waiting for you according to your flight time.

2. Fast track departure
Our staff will be waiting for you 2 hours before your flight time. (Example: Departure flight 13:00 -> Meeting 11:00)

• After making a reservation, please send a copy of each user's passport to the contact information listed in the emergency contact list.
• This is a product that must be purchased one per person according to the number of people.
• The VIP Fast Track entry option is free for children 2 years old and under.
• When using the fast track, you must go through immigration inspection at the assigned line. (Service may not be available while moving.)
• Occasionally, a small line may form at the fast track, but it will pass quickly, so please wait a moment.
• Please understand that the congestion and order at the airport are solely under the control of airport immigration officials.
• Refunds due to simple change of mind are not possible.
• For the basic fast track product, airline check-in, X-ray screening, and baggage are not included in the service.
• In case of flight delay, our staff will be waiting at the meeting location on time.
• Due to local circumstances, airport services may occasionally be interrupted. In this case, you will be notified of the cancellation of your reservation after entering the country through the general immigration checkpoint.
• When using the fast track for departure, staff will wait for 20 minutes, 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after the flight, starting from 2 hours before the flight. If you are arriving at the airport late, please send a message in advance.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• Full refund is possible if cancellation is made before 9:00 AM (local time) the day before the date of use.
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made after 9:00 AM (local time) the day before the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
