• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

• Taxi dispatch information will be provided to customers via KakaoTalk 1-2 days prior to the date of use.
• The tour end time indicated is the approximate arrival time at the hotel. (It may change depending on local circumstances.)
• On the first Monday of every month, Jinguashi is closed and replaced by Houtong or Shifen Waterfall.
• If there is an additional course you wish to add to the existing course, please let the tour company know when informing you of the meeting point and we will inform you of the additional cost.

• Additional cost information:

• New Taipei City (Yangming Mountain, Luzhou, Banqiao, etc.) + Beitou pick-up and drop-off: 300 NTD (about 12,000 won) to get on or off, 500 NTD (about 20,000 won) to get on and off both.
• When boarding and disembarking in Taoyuan/Wulai/Tian Lai/Tamshui: NTD 1000 is added each time you board and disembark.
• Please keep in mind that the earlier you leave during the holidays, the less traffic there will be!

If canceled 7 days before the date of use, full refund
If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, refund after 60% deduction
On the day of use – if you cancel or fail to attend 2 days in advance, or if you do not arrive at the start time of product use, a full refund is not possible.
