You will be picked up from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu.

Meeting time:
Sunset Tour: 16:00~16:15 PM
Sunrise Tour: 05:00 AM
Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.

• Tour fees are prepaid.
• We need your English name, passport number, date of birth, and email address as they appear on your passport (List Form & Liability form)
• Please take care of your own personal belongings.
• After the tour, please return the paddles and life jackets to the base camp.

• Please store your personal belongings separately as we do not allow storage of luggage in the vehicle. (Luggage storage in the vehicle is also not available when changing pick-up and drop-off hotels.)
• If the hotel you are dropped off at after the tour is different from the hotel you were picked up at, an additional fee of RM10 per person will be charged. Pick-up and drop-off are only available at hotels within Kota Kinabalu City.
• Please provide all required information accurately when making a reservation.
• If the tour cannot proceed due to incorrect information, no refund will be given.
• This product can be departed with a minimum of 1 person.
• We recommend that you take out travel insurance and join the tour. 
• If the tour cannot proceed due to local circumstances (weather, traffic conditions, natural disasters, etc.), the date may be changed or cancelled.
• Reservations may not be possible or may be cancelled/refunded depending on the travel agency's circumstances.
• If a reservation cannot be made or additional charges are incurred due to travel agency circumstances, we will provide Happy Call information.
• If the email delivery fails or the number of participants is full, it will be automatically cancelled/refunded. (However, if the voucher is sent to an incorrect email address or information, it will be processed as a normal delivery and cannot be cancelled/refunded.)
• We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from incorrect information (contact information, name, email address, etc.) entered by the customer when making a reservation or loss of such information.
• Please be sure to enter accurate information in the separate input box.
• After the reservation is confirmed, the announced refund policy applies.
• Please bring your own personal items such as swimsuits, extra clothes to change into, hats, sunscreen, and aqua shoes.
• This product is not suitable for children under 7 years of age.
• Children (ages 7 to 11) must be accompanied by a guardian.

• Due to local refund regulations, refunds for unscheduled events are not possible in principle, and the same applies if there are other people in your group who are not participating in the event.
• There are cases where the sunset does not appear due to local weather conditions. Please note that refunds cannot be requested even if the desired photo shoot is not possible due to local conditions such as weather conditions when making a reservation.

• Cancellation/refund requests
Limited to cases received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Any subsequent cancellations will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• For reservation cancellation/refund requests, you must receive cancellation approval after submitting the cancellation request.
• Do not use the tour without cancellation *approval* at least two days before the tour during business hours, or
If you are unable to participate in the tour because you did not adhere to the pick-up time during the pickup request tour
It will be a no-show (reservation canceled) and no refund will be possible.
