• Please provide all required information accurately when making a reservation.
• This product is available for a minimum of 2 people.
• Fridays are Muslim prayer days, so visiting the mosque is not permitted.
• Malay traditional clothing cannot be rented during prayer times. (No entry during prayer time every Friday)
• Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
• Tour times may change at any time depending on traffic conditions.
• If you wish to change the pick-up/drop-off hotel, you can request a change at the place of purchase up to 1 day prior to the tour.
• Please wait at the pickup location 5 minutes before the pickup time.
• Pick-up times are based on local time.
• If the tour is difficult to proceed with due to local conditions (weather, traffic conditions, natural disasters, etc.), the date may be changed or canceled.
• If a reservation is not possible or additional charges are incurred due to travel agency circumstances, we will inform you through Happy Call.
• We are unable to assist you with any disadvantages arising from information you entered incorrectly (contact information, name, email address, etc.) or loss when making a reservation.
• Infant car seats are difficult to provide.
• You can bring suitcases and luggage, but please be sure to enter the number in the additional request box when making a reservation.
• The tour vehicle is a 12-seater van.

[Pick-up information]
- We will inform you of the pickup time and pickup vehicle via KakaoTalk the day before the tour.
- Pick-up times vary by hotel, so be sure to check your KakaoTalk message.
- If you do not receive guidance by 8pm local time the day before the tour, please contact the local tour representative.
- Please be sure to adhere to the meeting time.
- Pick and drop time may change depending on weather and traffic conditions.
- If you no-show or are late for pick-up time, you may not be able to use the tour.
- Additional charges may apply for out-of-city pickup. If you would like a hotel outside the city, please inquire before making a reservation.

If notified 24 hours prior to travel date: 100% full refund of travel fee
If notified within 24 hours of travel date: No cancellation/refund possible

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
